In May 2008, Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch was established.

In May 2004, Tianjin Tanggu Office of Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd. was established.

On December 16, 2003, Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial registration in Shenzhen, with a registered capital of RMB 228753454.
