  • In 2015, the shareholders of the company were: China Offshore Engineering Services Shanghai company (Shanghai Salvage Bureau) 73.954%; Huade Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. 12.5%; Zhonghaichang Shipping Co., Ltd. 12.5%; CNOOC 0.209%; CNOOC Nanhai East Company 0.837%.

  • In May 2008, Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch was established.

  • In May 2004, Tianjin Tanggu Office of Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd. was established.

  • On December 16, 2003, Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial registration in Shenzhen, with a registered capital of RMB 228753454.

  • In July 1998, the company's name was changed to Shenzhen Huawei Offshore Shipping Co., Ltd.

  • In July 1993, the registered capital of the company was changed to USD 10 million.

  • In December 1987, China Ocean Engineering Service Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch (i.e. Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Communications) transferred 75% of the shares; Hong Kong Huade Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. transferred 25% of the shares and became the new shareholder of the company.

  • On August 8, 1982, Warwick offshore Ship Service Co., Ltd. was established. Shareholders of the company: China Merchants Shipping Co., Ltd., Norway parry ogukun Co., Ltd. and Haixiang Shipping Enterprise Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 1.6767 million.
